Madeline Rooney was born March 23, 1945. She was a twin to Robert (Bob) Rooney. She had 4 other brothers: John, Bill, Walter, and Eddie. She grew up at 70 Horatio Street in the west village and later lived on St. Mark's Place. She married Jack Corbett on 11/28/70 and settled into Stuyvesant Town - 11 Stuyvesant Oval, where I was born and raised. Mom died on March 11, 2001 from lung cancer.
