September 11, 2009... the 8th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks. Memorial services were held at Ground Zero for family members and emergency response workers. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad with heavy winds and rain.
A moving tribute to the victims of this terrible tradegy - especially the night pictures of the twin beams of light.
